How to use swaps

Replenish your swap wallet 

It is possible from the Merchant Digital Wallet and from the Enterprise Blockchain Wallet in the same currency in which the swap wallet is denominated

From Merchant Digital Wallet, the money transfer will be processed instantly and off-chain
From Enterprise Blockchain Wallet, the transfer of funds will be processed on-chain with a blockchain transaction fee For example, a USDT swap wallet can be replenished using USDT Merchant Digital Wallet, or using Enterprise Blockchain Wallet denominated in USDT-ETH / USDT-TRX / USDT-BSC / USDT-MATIC / USDT-AVAX

Swap the currencies

Simply select swap wallets and input the desired volume of the target currency or the volume of the source currency

Swap operations use the VWAP price for the specified volume The VWAP rate is updated every 5 seconds so that the price always corresponds to the market at the moment

Withdraw from the swap wallet

To the Merchant Digital Wallet or the Enterprise Blockchain Wallet in the same currency in which the swap wallet is denominated

Withdrawal to Merchant Digital Wallet will be processed instantly and off-chain

How limits apply

Consider the example: BTC limit – 12 BTC, USDT limit – 180,000 USDT. Suppose BTC is valued at 50,000 USDT each. Swapping 12 BTC would result in receiving 600,000 USDT, which exceeds the limit for USDT transactions. Therefore, the USDT limit, being the more restrictive, is applied. This measure is important to ensure secure operations and safeguard against market fluctuations.

Please note that we limit swaps to 2 per minute to optimise performance and ensure timely transactions.
