B2BINPAY 26.2.10: Toncoin to Gram, Fee Control on AML Refunds, Commissions Ladder in the Client UI

B2BINPAY 26.2.10: Toncoin to Gram, Fee Control on AML Refunds, Commissions Ladder in the Client UI

B2BINPAY version 26.2.10 is live for all clients. Most of what changed comes down to one thing: how long you have to wait, and on whom.

Finding out your own commission rate used to mean asking your account manager and waiting for the reply. It is now a tab in your Client UI. Open the Commissions tab and you see your current turnover, the tier it puts you in, your rate, the full ladder above and below you, the minimum blockchain fee on every network, and the bank fees on deposits and payouts.

Returning a blocked transfer used to mean typing an address and hoping. The fee was chosen for you, and when it came out too low the network refused the refund and you did the whole thing again. You now pick Recommended, Low or Custom, see the fee with its fiat value, and confirm.

And one thing changed without you doing anything at all. Toncoin is Gram across the platform now, following the rename on The Open Network. Same balances, same wallets, same addresses, no migration, nothing to click.

Your fee schedule, without asking anyone

Account owners have a new Commissions tab in the Client UI. It opens on the commission ladder: your current turnover, the tier that turnover puts you in, and the rate attached to it. Below that sits the full list of tiers, the minimum blockchain fee for every supported network, and the bank fees applied to deposits and payouts.

Until now, the answer to "what rate am I paying today, and how far am I from the next tier" lived with an account manager. It lives in your account instead. Access is restricted to the account owner, and that restriction is deliberate: a fee schedule is commercial information, and it should not be readable by every user you have added to the account.

Where to find it: log in as the account owner and open Commissions.

AML refunds: pick the fee, see it in fiat, then confirm

When a blocked transfer is returned through Transfer → Blocked → AML Withdrawal, the person doing it can now choose the blockchain fee level — Recommended, Low or Custom — and see the fee amount alongside its fiat equivalent before confirming.

Previously only the destination address could be set. The fee was chosen for the operator, and when it came out too low the network rejected the refund. That was ours, not the network’s. The fee is now set by the person who is accountable for the transfer, with the number in front of them.

Toncoin is Gram

The Open Network renamed its native coin on June 15, 2026, and the platform now follows: Toncoin (TON) appears as Gram (GRAM), and tokens on the network are renamed on the same pattern, so USDT-TON reads USDT-GRAM and tTON reads tGRAM.

Nothing else changed. Balances, wallets, addresses and transfers are untouched, and there is no migration, swap or claim involved at any point. Anything that asks you to convert or claim tokens is a scam, which is the same warning TON published with the rename.

One related fix: the tag field had disappeared when creating a payout in GRAM currencies. It is back.

Under a second, not tens of seconds

Opening a client’s list of transfers in the admin panel used to take tens of seconds. It now takes under one, and the pending AML compliance check no longer runs a background load alongside it.

Expired approvals stay expired

A payout approval request that had timed out kept its Approve and Cancel buttons live, and raising the auto-cancellation timeout brought already-expired requests back. The deadline is now fixed when the request is created, so changing the setting afterwards moves nothing, and the buttons disappear the moment the timer runs out.

In the same group: Request Rejection callbacks now carry their own type instead of arriving as Unknown; the email search in Wallets → Thresholds filters correctly and stops breaking words across lines; the read-only Secret field in callback settings no longer accepts pasted text; and an unexpected server error now returns a short error ID you can hand to support rather than internal detail.

For white-label operators: the admin panel behaves like the client one

Three habits have moved across from the Client UI. After signing in you land on the page you were trying to reach, not the home page. Seven create-and-edit forms — wallets, deposits, notifications, transfers, transfer refunds, staff and client user creation — warn you before you leave with unsaved changes, which the admin panel had no protection against at all. And the cursor starts in the first field.

Two access and speed fixes belong here too. The Company, Wallet, Currency and Blockchain wallet filters on the finance transfers page were returning Error for administrators holding the Finance read-only role. And the commissions page speed-up above applies to the back office.

Collection and incident handling

Cancelling a small deposit on a network without transfer-locking support raised a "Can not lock transfer in node" incident that carried no information. On Solana, EVM-based networks, Tron and Algorand it no longer fires. Bitcoin-family networks and Cardano are unchanged.

Solana collections addressed to several destinations at once were rejected as an entire batch with an InvalidPayoutParameters error when the address count went past node limits. Addresses are now split into chunks that fit before the call is made.

And a collection that receives more than expected while it is running, whether a stray payment or spam, no longer blocks confirmation of a transportation transfer that has already gone through on chain.

Version 26.2.10 is available now. Log in to open the Commissions tab, or read the full release notes in the documentation.
