ATTENTION: B2BINPAY acts as a custodian meaning that the B2BINPAY bears any of custodian responsibilities in regard to safety of Client’s funds and holds Client’s funds for safekeeping to minimise the Client’s risk of funds loss.
B2BINPAY shall not be held liable in cases where error occurs in the Client(s)’s account(s) and/or in cases of unauthorised access to the Client(s)’ account(s) and/or when any of the following actions of the Client resulted in loss of money and/or profit of the Client, end user(s), third parties:
- transfer of API data (KEY, SECRET) to the third parties;
- transfer of credentials (login, password) to log in into private client’s area;
- enabling/turning off 2FA verification;
- adding/removing IP addresses in/from the “white” list;
- adding/removing access to wallets of third parties.
