Version 26.2.6 is live for all B2BinPay clients, and it closes two releases' worth of small frictions that add up. A withdrawal approval times out while your team is still reviewing it, and the confirmation flow has to start over. A client changes their Callback URL and files a ticket to make it work again. A new user re-types the same password twice just to finish signing up. This release answers all three.
No more racing the clock on withdrawal approvals
Same-currency withdrawal-with-approval requests on Enterprise and Merchant accounts no longer expire after 15 minutes. Before this release, a confirmation that sat too long simply died, and Customer Support had to restart the whole flow from scratch — for both the client and the reviewer.
Conversion payouts still run on a timer, but that timer is no longer invisible. A countdown to auto-cancellation now shows in both the client dashboard and the admin panel, so nobody finds out a payout expired only after it already has. Two related bugs are fixed in the same release: a status-check error that let conversion payouts expire regardless of their actual status, and an AML-screening crash that blocked withdrawal transfers with no linked wallet.
Callback URLs fix themselves now
Set or change your Callback URL, and B2BinPay automatically resends a callback carrying the current deposit or withdrawal status — no ticket, no manual nudge. Staff can now make the same change to a client's deposit callback URL directly, closing a gap that used to require escalation on our side too.
Also in this release:
- Registration asks for your password once, after email confirmation, instead of twice.
- 2FA entries are labeled "B2BinPay Auth 2FA" and "B2BinPay Ops 2FA" with your email attached, so multi-account users can tell them apart, and connecting Google Authenticator now happens in a single dialog with the confirmation code entered directly in it.
- Error messages name the actual blocker — "B2BinPay Ops 2FA must be enabled to process payouts" — instead of a generic failure.
- API users can be added to a wallet the moment they're activated, with no prior login required; inactive API users no longer show up as wallet-access options at all.
- Sign-in after KYB verification always opens production instead of Sandbox, and remembers which legal entity you used last.
- Refreshed dashboard visuals: lighter dialog overlays in dark theme, updated Staking and Wallets illustrations.
- The Actions column in Events now keeps a stable width, so buttons don't shift mid-task, and a spinner marks an action in progress.
Version 26.2.6 is available now. Everything above is already live — no setup required. See the full release notes in the documentation.
