The B2BinPay team attended the iFX Expo Cyprus 2022 event from June 7-9. The company had a successful show, meeting with industry veterans and making new connections. The iFX Expo Cyprus 2022 was set in the largest and most dynamic indoor arena in Cyprus, the Palais des Sports, Spyros Kyprianou Athletic Center, providing plenty of space for attendees to network and conduct business deals over the two-day event. With a diverse group of exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees, the event welcomed promising startups, world-renowned companies, and the biggest names in the business. With its grand indoor space, this year’s iFX Expo was an unparalleled experience for those in attendance.
Over 135 exhibitors and 80 speakers from the finance industry showcased their latest products and shared their knowledge on future developments in the industry. It was a perfect platform for those looking to stay informed of the latest developments in the finance sector.
AloGateway’s Welcome Party was the ideal way to start the Expo. Held at Columbia Beach with stunning views of the Limassol seafront, attendees had ample opportunity to network and set up vital meetings for the days ahead — all in a relaxing atmosphere!
Speeches and Discussions
This year’s conference was full of informative sessions. Attendees gained valuable insight into the latest regulatory developments from one of Europe’s leading financial regulators — Dr. George Theocharides, Chairman of CySEC.
More than that, attendees were treated to a wealth of knowledge from some leading industry experts. Discussions ranged from the year’s most influential trends in technology to strategies for capitalizing on the growth of the metaverse. In addition, delegates discussed how to navigate the post-pandemic economic landscape and highlighted practical solutions for overcoming liquidity challenges.

He commented that regulatory compliance, security, liquidity, and technology are vital components that cannot be neglected when establishing a crypto trading platform. In addition, he provided his thoughts regarding the crypto industry’s current state.
B2BinPay UK’s & Eqwire’s CEO Mina Louka participated in a panel discussion alongside representatives from Zonda Global, Grant Thornton, and Celsius Network. The panel explored the changing trends in the cryptocurrency industry, new regulations, and the implications for businesses operating within it. It was an excellent opportunity for industry professionals to exchange ideas and gain more knowledge of the ever-evolving digital asset sphere.
